The Alessandria intermodal hub project, launched by the FS Group in 2023, involves the construction of an innovative railway yard, also intended to serve as a dry port for the Port of Genoa thanks to its direct connection to the Terzo Valico dei Giovi. To complete the project, the transformation of the surrounding areas, which extend over approximately 800,000 square meters, will be the subject of a tender. Within this context, LINEE was tasked with presenting the project, outlining the vision for the transformation of the areas intended for the exchange and storage of goods, for environmentally friendly production, and for urban areas with mixed uses, including the creation of a public park.
