An exhibit to tell the stories of mafia victims
In a former bingo hall transformed into a space of remembrance and the national headquarters of LIBERA - names and numbers against the mafia, LINEE presents an exhibit dedicated to the memory of mafia victims.
An emotional journey through three stations of awareness, responsibility, and action, where each visitor is invited to become an active witness to a story of injustice and redemption. Small stories, lost in the deafening chaos of the media, yet resounding through the whispers of family members, eventually taking root like a birch forest.
A journey of rebirth and hope that transforms a place symbolic of corruption into a space of living memory and civic engagement, where architecture, light, and interaction guide visitors from the darkness of violence to the light of collective redemption.
The work was created for Libera - Associations, names and numbers against the mafia.
